Just checked and he's finally updated the system, the have tests avilable as early as the 4th August - woohoo!!!! 2 weeks away! Now must ask mother if i can borrow some money, can't really afford another £58.50 when i have a holiday next week, and have already forked out £500 in driving fees this month.
Have your accounts deptarment not got back to you yet Amy?0 -
Oooo thats brilliant Hayley, not too long to wait at all. :j
Oh its all gone wrong. Accounts lady got back to me, told me it was tough i wasnt on the payroll for last tax year. End of. I phoned boss and asked what was going on as I started working there in March 08. He said he would find out. Then he sent me an email telling me that their tax office would get in contact with me and ask for all of my P45 etc. from last tax year to put me on a new tax code. Only thing is thats for this tax year, and I have already done all of that.
I phoned up the tax office and they said company has me on payroll as of April 08 ( ) and that they need to send in a Statement of Earnings detailing what they paid me in March, how much was taken out for tax & NI.
Have emailed boss this info... no reply.
Im just sick of it all now. I really am.

Nothing is ever simple is it. Your work should be sorting this for you as they messed up, you started work in March, not April, and you got paid at the end of March correct? Accounts have messed up, they should be sorting it, not sending you rude emails.
I just want mother to hurry up and get home now so i can use her card :-) she's at Sainsburys doing the weekly shop, she takes forever.0 -
I have no idea what/who/when anymore regarding this. I even said to the guy at the tax office that i was completly confused and he giggled!
I think the lady at the accountants made a faff up. Silly moo. :rotfl: Ooo she just called the office to speak to my boss...
Ooo mums dither soooo much dont they? My mum is terrible for that!
