email problem with Vista HELP

Wehen using Vista and have Windows Mail if a file attached as well as email I have typed plus attachment a line of chinese wriing alos appears on email 
I have Vista on a few pc and this is only happening on one , anyone come across this before?

Don't know about chinese but this thread is all dutch to me!
Have you tried creating another user account on this pc and trying that one to see if you get the same thing?0
