Bt And Online Billing Question?

i hope someone can help as i had a bt line installed on thursday the 1st may and i chose the online ebilling service.

when i try to sign into my bt online acct it will not let me add any calling features or my friend and family or add the caller dispaly and privacy set up. it jsut says that i cant do this at this time.

is there any time limit i have to wait with bt before all my online stuff i wish to try and set up is availabel?

do i need to call bt to get something lifted at there end to allow me to do these things?

thanks for any helpa nyone can give me.
