Ring Dyson and ask for their brochure to be sent by post.
They will enclose a £50.00 voucher that you can redeem against any of their vacuums if you order by telephone ONLY. It is a FREEPHONE number.
Just replaced our 12 year old Dyson with a new one.
Must be a good deal for anyone thinking of replacing or buying a new Dyson.:beer:

Have you rung Dyson and asked about fixing yours.
I did and they sent a repairman out to the house. All parts checked/repaired or replaced back to full working order. It cost around £59 from memory and you get a 12 mth warranty. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone

And No, I'm not connected to Dyson in any way other than as a customer. I did this because my 10yr old Dyson is far superior in materials and build quality than any current model in their range
