It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

Good Bank Holiday Monday Morning everyone!

OH and I saved 30 quid from last weeks tax credits so we're going out this afternoon with the dog. We're going to pop down to our friends pub and have a few drinks and play some pool! Hopefully find some lunch somewhere along the way too. Haven't left the house all weekend so it'll be nice to do something with my long weekend off work.

Hope everyone has a good day, whatever you're doing!

    Howdy all

Nice and warm here in London, slighlty overcast but slightly sunny at the same time so I reckon it might burn through for a bit before it starts to rain

redsquirrel - how was your 15 mile walk yesterday?? I did my 20miler yesterday and it went reassuringly well (not an ache today - hurrah).

I am sitting here with Radio 2 on - should I be admitting that?????

Hi Poor, walk on Sat was good but very warm - kinda glad we're going to be starting at midnight as it'll be cooler (hopefully!!).. bit achy when I got home but fine the morning after. Might take advantage of nice weather and day off and do a 5-6 miler today. Glad yours went well, how long till your Moonwalk now?

Phew Linda, not just me then - and you are a way more hardcore listener than me!!!
so if we are sad that makes you more sad than me;)

I love waking up to Terry in the morning, he has such a nice soothing voice, nothing there that will scare me (I scare easily in the morning)
