  • Not only is our Dyson excellent at doing its job but also their customer service is fantastic. They sent a new (expensive) part and then an engineer, all FOC, to repair a problem on our two year old machine. And their response time was consistently measured in hours.
    Best wishes, Neil

I have had problems with two dysons and never again would I buy one. The only good thing is not having to buy bags.
