For use with tv?

Any PC can be used with a TV, it just depends on what connections your TV has, eg PC input. Otherwise you need to convert the output of the PC into scart or RCA with an adapter.
The description does not make it clear if there is any TV out connections like RCA or S-video.

It does say "DVI-I / VGA / HDTV-Out ", but it would still depend on the connections on your TV.
It is hard to say whether you will be able to plug a direct cable from your computer to the TV without going through a converter. Here is one that I have used in the past:

It was never as clear as a PC monitor, but if you just wanted to watch videos, it was great.

Only use it with a HDTV...the quality of the picture on a standard TV will ruin your eyesight in no time.
