Header & Footer Ms Word

I need some help here. How do you start your header and footer to start from page 2. Conventionally, it starts from page 1 by itself, but i want it to start from page 2, i.e. the 2nd sheet is page 1 etc ...

What version of office are you running? This is important to know as the toolbars are completely different on office 20070

File/Page Setup
Layout tab. Headers & Footers and tick 'Different First Page'
You can now leave the first page header/footer blank and have your numbering start on page 2.
