i would advocate a written complaint and in it ask for who exactly is responsible for a problems you have encountered. Don't simply try and fix your problem but those in admin who have cocked up need to be brought to account. i'd pursue this and then someone else might not get screwed around.0

rang the secretary this morning - only gave my first name - she knew who i was and the proceedure i was having!! stated that she did not know why addmissions told me i was not listed, stated that i was - 10th on the list - 2-3 months (i was origionally told 2-3 months)!! it is my belief she was tipped of by admissions!!! as i say its happened before, i bet the appointment will come through soon and quicker.... its all very convienant she had my details on her desk in frount of her at 9.15 am when i was listed 2 months ago!!! surely i am not the only person on the list with my abreaveated first name, she was forwarned and forarmed!! i am fed up with being a pawn in their game!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0
