With this being a bank holiday this weekend is it better to wait until Tuesday before doing any interbank transfers.

yes do it on tuesday - as will take three/four working days so no point having the money waiting around on non working days earning no interestKeep the Faith:cool:0

Depends how urgent it is / which Bank you're with? If you do it now .. should be on it's way Tuesday. If you do it Tuesday ... won't go until Wed with a few Banks (eg Halifax)If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0

Its not so desperate, although I am usually a bit of a night owl anyway, so if I do the transfer just after midnight on Tuesday morning it should hopefully be winging its way on Tuesday after the banks do what ever they do in the wee small hours Noobie (not so) trying to make loads a dosh - please bear with all my questions :beer: Thanks 0
