Excited about Aldi, but how do I search history?

Hi everyone.

Well i've been getting some real bargains from Aldi, thankyou to you clever people on here raving about it!

I notice they have some LED Xenon torches in that are in a sort of 'dump bin' and are reduced to £8.99. Now I know its possible to search back to previous aldi promotions but have no idea how to do it, does anyone know how I might find the original advert as I'd like to find out more about them as it said something about burn time? I doubt it was long ago because they only seem to stock recently advertised items.

Thanks people

You'll be better off, I reckon, asking on one of the shopping forums such as Shop but Don't Drop - though you might then get referred to Grabbit if someone started a thread on these when they first came out.

I'll shift your post across. Best of luck :)

My Best Friend is Store Manager at a Local Aldi, anything you need to know feel free to PM me, also he often reserves promotional items for me, so again If I can help anyone give me a shout. A lot of the real bargains sell out on the day it starts, but he can hold them for me :D

He can hold them for you, but it's classed as a disciplinary offence by Aldi. You shouldn't really put your mate in that position, to be honest. If his/her Area Manager finds out, your mate could end with a written warning. Offering your mate's services on here really isn't a good thing to do.

Leonie you can also check deals with Lidl and Netto, they do the same sort of thing on a weekly basis
    http://www.lidl.co.uk/gb/home.nsf/pages/i.hom
    http://www.netto.co.uk/internet/nettog/menu/main.nsf
You have to be an early bird on the good bargains for Aldi/Netto/Lidl I have had some good buys from all three.
    Hope this helps
