Not to be confused with its CG animated cinematic counterpart, this charismatic version of Dr. Seuss' much loved tale Horton Hears a Who! is a re-mastered version of the original animation created in 1970, by legendary animator Chuck Jones.
The popular story follows Horton the elephant who one day hears a cry for help coming from an ordinary-looking speck of dust. Sharing his worries with others, Horton finds himself ridiculed by his friends and neighbours for believing in such apparent nonsense. Little do his tormentors know that there on the speck of dust is a city called ‘Whoville' and its residents, the Whos, need Horton's help to protect them.
This charming and popular story introduces the idea that ‘a person is a person no matter how small they are', and encourages people to stand up in the face of adversity and defend their beliefs.
Fun for all the family, this classic tale has some excellent extra features including bonus episodes and a singalong music video.
