Samsung G600 screensaver??

Hi all

super duper trivial post here but it's bugging me a bit

I've just got a new samsung G600 and have been playing with it today. When it's closed the screen goes blank and the phone looks "off".

I'm realising as I'm writing this how fricking naff I'm sounding asking this :rolleyes: but is there a clock or something that you can have as a screensaver? My other phone is a sony ericsson w800i and that has the clock thingy when the screensaver kicks in.

I've had a looksy at the manual with the phone but can't see anything in there

This mode is usually known as power saver mode. I have no experience of samsungs, but you can usually turn it off and put some kind of screensaver there instead. Have a look around in the settings menu. Sorry, not much help!

well I've looked on the phone through the menu's and can't see a power saver mode...

on one of my old samsung d500's, when i pressed 1 of the volume buttons the standby clock came up for a few seconds (just like your w800 did before you enabled the sleepmode clock)
