Not much of a recipe... normal white bread dough using olive oil instead of normal and with a little garlic powder (did 600g flour and divided into half, one for focaccia and one for plait. Just looked at the pic again, I remember I put in a big pinch of dried mixed herbs too.
Focaccia..Rolled into a flat 'shape' sort of a rounded rectangle. chopped stuff up and put it on. Left for half an hour and then baked it. When it was out of the oven I pricked it a bit and drizzled some olive oil over the top.
Plait, made as D& DD's plait in the shopping from home thread. I'm a bit pushed for time now, roll into rectangle and divide into three. Outside two sections cut into strips, cheese and branston down the centre and then alternate the outside sections (bu@@er ! not describing this well) over the middle bit to give the appearance of a plait. leave to stand inwarm place for half hour.
Baked in hot oven till it looked done.
PM me if you don't geddit. Happy baking!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

I get what you mean! I was just wondering how you got the cheese and pickle into the middle! Your message made sense but now I'm going to have to try it and blow diet! I'm holding you personally responsible for leading me astray!!! :rotfl:
Thanks
