Hi
editing... meant to put more in the title, but didn't manage it and I can't see how to change it.
I got a pack of mixed olives/mushrooms/tomatoes sort of delicounter antipasto stuff a couple of days ago. You know, in little plastic tub, was 9p from £1.39, couldn't resist.
I have some bread dough in the BM at the moment, was thinking of foccacia kind of thing. Can I chop this stuff and sprinkle it on with some garlic etc for a topping, or will it just burn? How can I keep the bread reasonably soft? If it's by mixing anything in, it's too late as the dough just beeped to say it is ready! Will fix it when i have taken ds to band.

I think that'll work. I add olive oil to my pizza bases to keep it soft, but it'll be too late for that now

Have used olive oil in bread. Looks ok at the mo, too much dough, so have made a plait... experimental, cheese and branston!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Yes, sure, but don't know how much bread will be left! I've had a taste of each and now it's wrapped in foil so that I can't see it every time I walk past! I'm trying to avoid a lot of wheat at the mo, so will have to give myself a good talking to!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
