too good to be true? http://www.bonusweekbreaks.co.uk/offers.php

Does anybody know anything untoward about this company?

http://www.bonusweekbreaks.co.uk/offers.php
TBA Offer - A More Flexible Week

This stands for "To Be Arranged". Our TBA offer is, in effect, an open week of accommodation that you can use to travel to any of our resorts any time you like. This offer allows to take advantage of some of our incredible accommodation offers, without committing yourself to dates and destinations right away.

This week is completely flexible and can even be passed onto friends and family for only a small administration fee. Although this offer is, of course, subject to availability, we at Bonus Week Breaks strive to ensure that we can offer you the weeks that you request. Thanks to the vast range of luxury resorts that we have available, our availability should suit everyone.

This offer applies to all of our resorts, both in Europe and further afield. However, a small additional charge may apply if you would like to travel to some of our long-haul destinations, due to the costs incurred by our company.

One of the main strengths of this offer is that it allows to take advantage of discount flights offers. Once you have decided when you would like to travel, simply see what flight offers are available at that time let us know when and where you would like to travel.
they have made me a very good offer on this,£198 for four people accommodation only, you have to get your own flights food etc.

just seems to be too good to be true.

If you are a member of https://www.dialanexchange.com , then these bonus weeks can be had for as little as £99.
Of course you should actually be a timeshare owner in order to take advantage of FREE membership.
I am an owner, but to be honest, Im not really too sure if they check
  • I have dealt with this company twice now and they continue to phone on a regular basis. About three years ago I purchased one weeks holiday at the Raddison hotel Malta for £199 which included a timeshare presetation..I paid for all other travel arrangements. After about ten tries to book, the accomodation was never available, i eventually settled for 1 week half board in Malta which was adequate. I attended the timeshare presentation but was not tempted to buy. About a year ago I was offered a cruise and stay in Orlanda for four people for which I had to pay £299 for the 11 nights stay to bonusweekbreaks and was told that I would have to pay £30.00 booking fee per person to Vacation Promotions International and would only have to pay for flights and insurance for car hire. It seemed a good deal so I went ahead.I then found out after registering with VPI that the flights would be arranged by them only and that they would invoice me three months before departure. I recieved notice today that the cost per person would be £1275.00 which I think is exorbitant for what is prommised as a free holiday. So far I have paid over £450.00 and have decided not to continue with the free holiday as there could be additional costs to fly from anywhere other than London.
Bonusweekbreaks cotacted me this morning and I told them I was very dissapointed with this so called free holiday deal. The female superviser I spoke to at first denied selling me this offer then told me that she thought it to be very reasonable, when i dissagreed with her she hung up the phone on me. Buyer beware, make up your own mind but think carefully, if it seems to good to be true. IT IS!

avoid at all costs. about 7 years ago this company called our inlaws with an "amazing deal" saying they worked for RCI and as my inlaws were RCI members and they had phone them we thought they were a good company.

In the end took up their offer of a 5* UK break to one of their sites, the places on their website at the time werent available and as we found out later never were with the exception of one very nice looking place. We booked and then they changed the location, the place even had its own on site strip club but was "family friendly"!!! They also told us that there was no timeshare pitch to attend, when the booking form came back you were charged and very expensive extra fee for non attending a "welcome meeting" where you would be told about the benefits of buying future weeks.

many phone calls later and abuse from every one who would speak to me and I was even told that they would "come round my house and sort me out" if I took it further, they sent us a letter to say the break was cancelled because we didnt turn up and there would be no refund. This was strange as we werent even going to a few months later, in the end the credit card company reversed the charges and we werent out of pocket.
  • After repeatedly being phoned I succumbed in a moment of weakness and sent them: £300 for 3 weeks anywhere, anytime in the next 3 years. I was told I would be sent a resort brochure in the post. This was August of this year. I have not received a brochure despite phoning on a number of occasions and being told that one would be sent forthwith. Yesterday (Friday 10/11/10) I again phoned and was confronted by what I can only describe as a Ball-breaking woman who repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to get a word in edgeways, I ended up slamming the phone down. Amazingly a different women phoned me back an hour later and after a brief discussion in which no apology was forthcoming she informed me that they do not send out brochures because they have such a lot of different holidays they could not be kept up to date! She told me to go on the web site and click on to vip resorts and then select destination. I have been unable to get access to this site, google keep saying:" oops site not found." I have been trying for a whole day now. I smell a rat.

This company is a nightmare, they were abusive on the telephone and threatened to continue calling, 4 times in one hour one Saturday and unless I dealt with them they would 'make my life hell.' I am not easily intimidated but if that was 'customer service' I am an eskimo (and I'm not)
