New Home Phone Set Up Advice Needed

hiya, my mum has just got out of a CPS contract with Euphony (nightmare). her line rental is still BT
her main calls are UK calls at all time and a lot of mobile calls mainly at nights and weekends
i was thinking one tel for the talk up to an hour in the evening deal and 1899 for all her mobile calls, but a friend told me today one tel are changing their packages and that the talk for up to an hour may be changed?
what do you think the best set up would be for her?
