Hello,
I wonder if anyone can throw any light on this please?
I live near a town centre and in a residents parking permit only area. Behind me is a cul de sac with a huge area of pavement which residents visitors occasionally park on. (It could take 10 cars easily).
Today my better half parked there for 1 hour and came out to find he had been given a parking ticket.
Is this right? Can Parking Attendants give tickets for cars that aren't parked on the actual highway?
Thank you

Is it not technically illegal to park on the pavement though?

He's lucky it wasn't the Police as parking on the pavement is illegal.0 -
To be honest that's we thought, but it was spur of the moment irritation that made us wonder!Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0
