Having problem getting money back from Barclaycard

Hi All

I bought a plasma tv from Tiny .com and I bought it on my Barclaycard, I waited a very long time to recreive the TV but eventually did early July.
Within a matter of weeks I had a serious problem with the TV and arranged to have it picked up to be repaired, it was picked up late July 2 days before they went into receivership.

I have spent lots of time on the phone, one site is a £1.00 a minuite, all to no avail.
I then turned to my Barclaycard who sent out the forms to me early August, i filled these in and sent them back and waited.

I then have rung them twice and on my last call they were very helpful and said it should all be cleared up within the next couple of weeks.

Yesterday i received another letter which basically tells me to go back to Tiny and talk to the administrators.

I am back at square one and very angry, is anyone else out there having the same problem? Can anyone help me?

Don't get fobbed off. As your purchase is very definitely over £100 then under the consumer credit act 1974, Barclaycard are jointly and severally liable for your loss. This means they have to give you the refund. (Normal customers are at the bottom of the pecking order when it comes to administrators- they must first pay the inland revenue, VAT man, the receivers etc).

If they refer you back to Tiny again then ask to speak to someone who knows what they are doing.
