Recovering files on a mobile phone

I transferred some files from my phone onto an SD card and then put the sd card in my new phone but the files were corrupt :mad:

Unfortunately I then deleted all the files off my old phone

Is there any way / any software with which I can recover the files off the phone? The phone is a Samsung d-900

I had loads of lovely photos on there and I am gutted to think I may have lost them

have you tried any kind of recovery software i have used pc inspector http://www.snapfiles.com/get/pcinspector.html ,in the past for memory cards etc but not sure if it works for phones

hopefully someone will come on here with a bit more info soon

Have you deleted the files on the SD card? You may be able to recover them on the card?

Thanks - I will try that software but I think that the new phone tried to format the sd card when I put it in :-(
