Costs for a Conservatory

I am looking at having a small conservatory built outside our back door. I have had a couple of quotes but want an idea of the extra costs - can anyone help?
The conservatory consists of just one 'new' wall approx 2m long and a roof 3m x 2m.
One of the 3m walls is the neighbours wall, pebbledahed from 0.5m above ground level with no windows.
The opposite wall is the same construction (our external kitchen wall) with one door space and a window.
The 3rd wall (2m) is the same again but with a single window into our living room.
I understand I will need to create a base. The existing ground is on a slight slope away from the door. The base needs to be level with the kitchen floor (my wife needs a level surface due to disability) and so that would be approx 3" at the current door and maybe 5" at the other end of the base - 3m away.
I also need to make the current external pebbledashed walls to 'internal' standard. We'd want painted plastered walls but is it best to / possible to have the walls plastered, or dry-lined?
We'd also need lighting, electricity for washing machine / dryer and basic plumbing.
I appreciate that no one can give any accurate prices off such sketchy details - but if anyone 'in the trade' can give an idea of cost - say to within £500 - I'd be grateful.

Life should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.

Your neighbours wall.... do you have permission to use it to form part of your conservatory?0

We're fine with the neighbours - ultimately they'll have the choice between us using the existing wall or errecting a UPVC wall to the conservatory. I would expect the former to be preferred as the wall would then be protected from the elements. If I erect a UPVC wall there is the issue of limited air circulation between the 2 surfaces.Life should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.0
