Need a paper SAAS form for 2008-2009 session

I asked for a SAAS form for next session at uni but they say they don't do paper forms any more and you need to apply online. that's all very well but we don't have internet access back home so my parents wont be able to do their bit of the form. Called SAAS but they wont send a form out, I'm moving home soon so will loose my internet access for a while as well meaning the form wont be filled in for ages.
Does anyone know how I can get a paper SAAS form?

Did you apply with a paper form last year? If so, SAAS should send you out another one but it'll be shorter. Phone them up again and tell them your circumstances, they should send you out a paper form.0

This will be my fifth (!) paper SAAS form, they said on the phone that no paper ones are being given out. Due to my parents being self employed I need to fill the long form in every year (and it is fun lol). I just can't get through to them that we don't have internet so we can't fill it out online, my parents are technophobes! Also I have never been "auto-sent" a SAAS form.0

Could you download the forms from the website and print them off? If they're not sending out paper forms that's the only thing I can think of.0

Could you not go to a library and fill it in online if you have to? I know all the libraries around here have free internet access although you might have to book a slot before hand.0

A couple of people on my course have printed it off to fill in as they have the same problem. It is about 30 pages long though...0

Thanks, I'll print it off before I go home.
As for libraries we don't have a local library back home, we have a book mobile, and my parents have never used the internet (and I mean never) so they wouldn't know where to start.0
