Barclaycard address problem

For a few months I've been receiving Barclaycard mail incuding statements meant for a Mrs. D who lives in a street with a very similar name to mine, in a town not far away because I live at the same house number and they've used the wrong post code on the address. I recognise them as coming from Barclaycard as I've got a couple of their cards myself. I've just been writing "Post code is wrong for the address - return to sender" or suchlike on the envelope and popping them back in the post box.
This hasn't stopped the items coming to me so I sent a message to them through their web site explaining the problem and giving them the correct post code which I'd looked up myself. They replied asking ME to contact Mrs. D and ask her to contact them to sort out their mistake!
I'll certainly be cancelling my Barclaycards tonight. Do you think I could offer to use my own time and effort to contact Mrs. D at a rate of, say, £100 per hour?

doesnt surprise me tbh,i see it loads of times
bank statement,CC statements,new cards(you can feel them) all to the wrong or slightly incorrect address
many companies seem lacklustre in sorting it out

barclaycard's attitude to customer service is just unbelievable at the best of times!
