How do I fax some papers?

I have a dispute pending with an e-bay seller.Paypal have told me to fax proof that I posted the item back to the seller.I have the proof and cover page they told me to print,but I don't have access to a fax machine and if I did,I do not know how to use one!
They seem to me making it deliberately difficult.I can really do without all this hassle.There is no suggested alternative,and you can't reply to the e-mail to negotiate an alternative. :mad:
Any suggestions how I can get access to a fax machine with a kind person who will help me do it?

Try a local Newsagent, Job Centre, Book Store, Library
Or do it from MS Word if you are on dialup.0
