Journey Latin America would understand what was needed, but beating their quotes is generally not very difficult. For airlines like KLM, the best fares are usually offered on their websites (although once I telephoned Lufthansa and they told me about a brilliant fare from India that was on sale there, but not on the website).

lol - I did put in my post that it is difficult to know who is a good airline these days. (though in fairness this was in respect to TAM).

A couple of friends from Chile had a horrific experience with them on seperate occaisions and both swore to never have to use this airline again - but this was about 10 years ago, and the journey might have included a one night stop over in Bogota. One of them had a load of hassle at customs and he always thought it was due to arriving on a Avianca as opposed to other carriers. (his personal appearance in those years also was on the scruffy side of dishelvelled so this probably did not help).
