Hi, first WTM but I like the idea of looking for something good in each day. So today's was finding another tube of toothpaste in the cupboard which I didn't think I had (I'd been eaking the last one out for days!). So, only saved a quid or so but thank god for toothpaste BOGOFs!

Tuesday - Given up on hearing about/getting this years bonus from work, only to have the notification in the post - £200 in next pay packet - yay!

Wednesday - sent cheque to Abbey so debt is below £3,000.

Today - when looking for a parking space a lady said she was just about to leave and I could have hers.

WTM - It's Friday and I've got the weekend off. Even managed to squeeze all the rubbishy jobs in mid-week so don't have anything to do except mow the lawn and grocery shopping

* I got a new job! 17k payrise!

* It's been a month since I gave up smoking

* I'm moving back in with Mr P this weekend

* I managed to get Coldplay tickets this morning

* Mr P bought me some lovely flowers today because of the no smoking anniversary

Waggy tail moment for today was being offered £25 for a bookcase that I was thinking of sticking on freecycle just to get rid of it:D

WTM for today was persuading my Dad to let me use Quidco to get his buildings insurance. I got his premium down by over £100 and earnt him £45 cashback.

Hi Everyone,

Well it looks like i'm the only one with Waggy Tail Moments today. Its been a great day over here so had two WTM...

1) Taking dog for walk on beach with better half and stopping off for an ice-cream on the way home.

2) Researching new car breakdown cover and discovering that I don't need it because my car lease comes with it - they just buried it in the small print.
