Seller no longer registered

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
My son has just bought a box set of dvds on ebay, hes paid by paypal but the seller is now no longer registered, we've been waiting all week for the dvds but it looks like we arn't going to get them, will he get his money back through paypal??

    Open a paypal chargeback as soon as you are able, if the seller had the full £500 of paypal protection you should be OK.

    I had this problem a few weeks ago with a radio that I bought Seller (who had excellent feedback) claimed it had been dispatched and when it didn't arrive we exchanged emails and he said he would track it for me. I then noticed he had been de listed and contacted Paypal and opened a dispute which I escalated after a few days and have now received my money back. I have only ever bought on ebay and this is only problem I've had in over 70 transactions, so my advice is file a dispute.

    My son has just received an email from the seller saying he has posted the dvds today, i'll still open a dispute just in case they don't arrive

    Make sure you get a tracking number

    Give them 5-7 working days, then if not i would definately file a dispute
