I had a v nice chat with one of the JSA staff; spent longer then the usual robots, talking me through the claim process
I may have been the last of the day, as we also got to talking about his family history, the struggles they went through to get here (making me feel DAMN lucky to be born here), and what is coming down the line..
some of the jobs we looked at were a joke, pay wise, but he didnt pressurise me into applying for anything that wasnt suitable for ME, rather than the bean counters..
an interesting titbit was about DLA claimants- apparantly the 'easy targets' (his words!) would be dumped onto JSA, as it may be cheaper / easier for DHSS to just say no..?
