Is it worth replacing the tyre of my kids bike?

tyre levers? how about some old spoons or forks, also get a puncture repair kit and show them how to use it, checking for leaks in sink etc.
If tyre is worn through, put another piece of tyre on the inside and get a bit more out of it.
You can tell we were poor when we were younger..
PS - wheel nuts are 15mm.0 -
If you don't want to tackle it yourself most bike shops have a repair service... they will usually do a full service fairly cheaply...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j
