So angry I had to post to get it off my chest lol!
I'm moving house this weekend and have a list of about 30 companies I need to inform.
I've been getting through it ok but BT have been a nightmare!
I was on hold for 70min last week and had to give up in the end. Got through tonight, was told they were putting my details in, waited 25min on hold then it cut off!
So I ring back, wait on hold then get cut off again.
Try again, get through then am told I've come through to the wrong department and they'd put me through, then message says the department has closed - I look at the clock at its just hit 8pm.
Grrrrr - I'm busy enough as it is!!!!

BT Are AHoles...
I have to deal with them on a corporate scale and even then they are  ...
They seem to have their Work Avoidance Raydar set too high.....0 -
Just when sensible companies are noticing the public backlash against non-UK call centres BT have decided to go the whole hog and shift most of the contact centres over to India.
I did ask last time if they would be changing their name to Bombay Telecom
The whole BT thing is a nightmare. I have moved my house landline from BT 3 months ago, and am just about to move my business landline to Vodafone (no outside UK call centres)
BT seem to be on a mission to lose as many of their customers as possible these days. Even my mum (with BT for nearly 50 years) wants to move as a result of poor servicebaldly going on...0 -
