Carole Nash Insurance

Hi has anyone had any problems with Carole Nash Insurance I had My motorcycle insured with them included in this were breakdown and legal expense cover which I paid extra for I then changed my motorcycle about a month after taking out the policy and was told that the breakdown and legal expense cover were not tansferable and I would have to pay for them agian on a new policy any one no if these policies are transferable

Hello, I've never had any problems with Carole Nash Insurance in the past but usually find that other companies give me the cheapest motorcycle insurance so i tend to use them instead. Did you claim at all on the legal expense cover policy? If so i can understand a new policy being needed for your new bike but certainly not on the breakdown cover!

Looks like best to read through the small print on all your insurance cover documents
