Can a person change from Applied Psychology to Psychology for the third year and possibly at a different uni than the one Im at now? Id love to try study abroad.

i just want to check whether your motivation is to study abroad or to do the different course? i think the only answer to give is to speak to the institutions involved as i imagine it will depend on the course contents.

It varies from course to course and uni to uni and on your individual circumstances whether you can change courses, so speak to your Uni (perhaps your personal tutor who could put you in touch with the right person).
