Nationwide Merchandise Interest - AGAIN

I've just checked my Nationwide CC statement and yet again this month they have added £4.17 Merchandise Interest to my account depite my paying off my balance every month in full. :mad: Last month it was 3 hours on hold before things were put right.

Last month the Merchandise Interest was £9.64. Today I got though in about 2 minutes. Young lady said a system was was the cause of the problem - yet again !!! and gave me full refund.

What is happening at Nationwide. :confused:

I e-mailed a complaint about last month's Merchandise Interest debacle and my time on hold. Three weeks later no reply to my email - although website says they should reply within 5 days.

If Nationwide start charging fees for their CC abroad, I'll be moving to Abbey. :(
