Realistically you SHOULD have kept your receipt, especially when buying low end products like Acoustic Soloutions.

YOU need to prove that the item was bought from them, unfortunatly the AURA (argos unix retail application) system (which runs the tills & records etc) only keeps records for 6 months before deleting them.

If you still have the box (which is unlikely since you threw away a small piece of paper) it will have the catalogue number on it, or failing that hopefully the TV will be exclusive to Argos, ring up Acoustic Soloutions and ask them where the model number was sold, if it is Argos, your sorted and should get it repaired (unlikely as cheaper TV's arnt worth the effort) or a Gift Voucher to the value of the TV (since you cant prove how u paid) *note you will only get the value of the TV TODAY...not what you paid* and you can put this towards a new tv
