What is a "True Copy"

Got a reply today from Hillesden and it says they acknowledge my request, and that if they are unable to forward the original agreement they will be able to supply a true copy of the document that will comply with section 77-79 of the consumer credit ct 1974.
What does this mean?????????????????

I believe it means a copy of the agreement they would like to have found but minus your signature which means more than likely unenforcable and not what you in fact requested :)
On the out chance it MIGHT mean a photo copy of the document you signed - do check carefully that they haven't forged your signature though :)
