I had just over £2 in pending credits in my account which would have taken me over the threshold to get payout and when I logged in right now they've gone.

hmmm how interesting, hmmm.....that is odd. It reminds me of my own experience, not with VO but when I last opened the fridge. I distinctly remember placing a daireylea triangle in the fridge yesterday but when I opened it earlier today it was gone. Now I know it could of been any one of the people who live here but I think it maybe something peculiar going on. Have you thought of calling the police? Or a medium?0

Sometimes mine 'disappear from pending' but are added to Current Rewards a day or to later so I really wouldnt worry about it just yet or it could be the followingI had pending credit in my account, but now it's gone. Where is it? Sometimes you will see a 'Pending Credit' in your account for surveys for which your response has been received but not yet confirmed.
When your account balance is updated, survey responses are checked against our database. If you qualified and completed the survey, your balance will be credited with the reward specified for that particular survey.
Because we do not reward in cases where you were stopped from completing the survey because the quota was full or because you did not fit the profile for a particular survey, the pending credit will not be transferred to your account balance.2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
Similar has happened to my account but, like the above poster, the amount re-appears.
Good luck0 -

The amount reappeared within a couple of days or so. If any longer I would definitely contact them.0

I don't use them anymore - I had about £30 in vouchers over a year which was great but think they bored of me now cos they only send me an invite once a month. The problem with this is if you have done a survey and earnt £1 - if you have not claimed it within 3 months you will lose it. So of course if I am only getting one invite a month by the fourth invite I will have lost the first £1!Our dream has come true...0

I received 30pounds in Amazon vouchers at the weekend, the 4th time I have done so from Valued Opinions, have never had any problems.0
