Hanging a large mirror

Please can someone tell me the best way to hang a very large and heavy mirror onto a plasterboard wall. Thank you.

    Buy mirror fixing plates in any good hardware shop.if the mirror is very large get four plates.Screw the plates on to the mirror back frame.Support the mirror in position with the assistance of a helper or on suitable supports (blocks, bricks etc.) Level the mirror with spirit level mark holes for screws (through holes in plates) drill wall insert plugs screw on mirror.You can use special screws that take a decorative cap if you wish these are also available in any good hardware shop.
