Children And Warts

Hi i hope someone can help and i apologise if this is in the wrong place.My 8yr old has a couple of warts on her thumb,ive been using bazzuker which i got from the chemist but its not working,shes had the warts for a long time.Ive also used another product in the past where u sort of freeze the wart but that really upset megan and she point blank refuses to let me do that.
Does anyone know of any remedies i can try?
