360 money problem

*sigh* Splash Plastic seem to have blocked my card.
On Tuesday some money went on to my card £744.09 and £304.03, I took out £20 and then jumped on a train to Birmingham. When I got to Brum I bought 3 things in shops and then my card stopped working.
Logged into my account and the card status shows as "Refer to Customer Services " so i called them only to be told that the department who is dealing with this closes at 1700 (it was 1623 when I rang) and I would probably not be contacted today.
I explained to the man that I was miles away from home with no money and I couldn't check into my hotel because my card was blocked. He apologised but said there was nothing he could do.
Thus I sent them an email explaining what had happened and asking for help.
As of now (1212 the next day) I have had no contact with them. I just called Customer Service again and spoke to a young lass who said that someone would contact me back within 48 hours... Again i told her that I was stranded away from home with no money, again an apology and now I am here.
I have just logged into my account and on the Cleared Transaction list it shows this
29/04/08
RE Customer Service
Fraudulent Bank Transfer GBP -994.93
Now I have a positive balance and no way to use my card. Can anyone offer any advice apart from crying?
UPDATE it is now 2 days later and they still have not been in contact.

You say that "some money" went into your account. Was this your money that you paid in? Or did the money just turn up in your account. If it wasn't your money then you only have yourself to blame as it wasn't your money to spend in the first place.
If it was your money why are you using Splash Plastic for that sort of amount and not a Bank account with debit card (even with a basic bank account). If it was a bank you would have probably had more luck in sorting it out and you would have been able to go into a branch and withdraw if your card was blocked.0 -
You could telephone the fsa helpline for advice?0

It was my money.
I am using Splash Plastic because I didn't have a dedicated UK address when I needed an account. However last month I supplied them with all the ID documents they need to enable my Splash Account to function like a bank account.0
