Bankruptcy, Repossesion & renting, i'm confussed!!.

Well Guys, today is the day we go to court, by 2:30 this afternoon we should be officially bankrupt!,
Thanks for your help and support, think we going to go out tonight and celebrate being bankrupt!

Thanks guys,

Well we are now officially bankrupt as of 2:12pm this afternoon.
It was pretty painless actually, not quite as daunting as i thought it would be.
Hopefully will be having the OR interview next week.

Oh get this, today, yes today we received a letter from Debt free direct asking us for some information so they could complete the annual reviewof our IVA!!
My wife rang them leaving a stern message telling them they had just made us Bankrupt!
Just goes to show those lot don't know there Ar53 from there elbows!!!

I agree BTL.No one knows what your going through or how you will deal with it.I have just gone BR and unlike many people who feel that a weight has been lifted off their shoulders I feel as if the burden is just getting worse.Its only thro talking to you guys thats keeping me afloat.
