When to Reclaim????

Hi

I have a small concern regarding when to actually reclaim in light of the current OFT case.

I have 3 years of bank statements at present so have details of charges for this period. I was wondering if anyone could advise at to whether I should proceed using these 3 years of charges to claim or obtain full details for the last 6 years from my bank.

My concern is whether it possible that the courts state no further claims may be made while I am awaiting this information from the bank?

Basically should I proceed to get the claim in for 3 years or proceed with obtaining the full 6 years, which takes up to 40 days, given recent court events.

Any advice, information or links I may have missed on this site are much appreciated.

Regards
