I live overseas now can I still claim and at which court?

Basically, when I was a student in Wales I racked up quite a large overdraft. I am a UK citizen but now live in Japan. I acquired a number of charges in the UK in Wales and other charges whilst living in Japan on my UK account. The account was opened in Wales and is a totally UK based Barclays account.

Also, if I did proceed with court action which area should I claim in. I don't have a UK address now, but my parents live in Northern Ireland so I could use their address. So, if it is possible to take them to court, where should it be heard. Wales because it was opened there, Northern Ireland cause it is my parents address and only link to the UK, or England because Barclays is based in England (Well I think that is their base).

Any advice greatly appreciated.
