Do you think their e-saver account is a good deal?
Also, I'm a little wary of their website, it comes up as askBM - is that correct?

IMHO Birm midshires are OK but their communications are well below par plus applying for an account via the web can be hit and miss!0

I applied on-line and shortly after received a letter saying they didn't require and further ID and to send back a signed confirmation form and cheque to open the account.
6.5% looks like a good rate - depends on how long it lasts but should be able to transfer out easily.0 -
If you look at the 4.36% Halifax has dipped it's websaver rates to, from today, it looks an extremely good rate!
I've got some fixed rate products with BM and opening them / communications has been first class. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
Seems slightly more positive than negative - thanks for all your replies and opinions
