you have to make sure the pic you want is the right size for an avi pam, cant remem what that is but photobucket has the option for you to edit to that size, its above pic
vlad you did alot yestaday didnt you, take it easy!
you havent got much in the way of normality in your life at the mo have you so i dont think it will be easy to know how to feel just try to kep feelin better than a dog yeah? little steps,try a kitten, the lion will come back,xx

Woman goes out shopping; she finds the perfect shoes in shop 1, finds the perfect handbag in shop 2. In shop 3 everything is reduced to £5. While she's trying on a dress the hospital calls -her husband is in ICU after an accident. She says she'll be right over, but get sidetracked by a another shop, and after buying a new coat, stops for coffe and cake at the bookshop. When she arrives at the hospital she is met by a lady doctor. 'You !!!!!' says the doctor, 'your husband is critically ill and you finished your shopping didn't you! You should be ashamed of yourself. The woman starts to cry and say she's sorry. 'Well sorry's no good' says the doc. 'And I hope you enjoyed your shopping trip, it'll be you last one - your husband needs 24 hour care and you'll be his carer'. The woman drops her bags and collapses, sobbing hysterically. The doctor bends down, touches her on the arm and says 'Nah, I was only kidding, he's dead. What did you buy?

BBQ RULES
We are about to enter the BBQ season. Therefore it is important to refresh your memory on the etiquette of this sublime outdoor cooking activity. When a man volunteers to do the BBQ the following chain of events are put into motion:

Routine...
(1)The woman buys the food.
(2)The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetables, and makes dessert.
(3)The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with the necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to the man who is lounging beside the grill - beer in hand.
(4)The woman remains outside the compulsory three meter exclusion zone where the exuberance of testosterone and other manly bonding activities can take place without the interference of the woman.

Here comes the important part:
(5)THE MAN PLACES THE MEAT ON THE GRILL.
(6)The woman goes inside to organize the plates and cutlery.
(7)The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is looking great. He thanks her and asks if she will bring another beer while he flips the meat.

Important again:
(8) THE MAN TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO THE WOMAN.
(9)The woman prepares the plates, salad, bread, utensils, napkins, sauces, and brings them to the table.
(10)After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes.

And most important of all:
(11) Everyone PRAISES the MAN and THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts.
(12)The man asks the woman how she enjoyed 'her night off.' And, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there's just no pleasing some people.
