    Body still that of a really rather handsome athlete thanks, mind probably closer to that of a rescue dog who gets bought by a Taiwanese restaurateur. I don't know how I feel to be honest, I keep falling asleep and haven't done a damn thing today.

    Ok pam, you can only choose a pic from your computer, so find a pic either one youve aleady got on your puter or one from google or somewhere, save it to your puter then go to user cp and edit avatar........click browse and find pic that way ok?
