can i just clarify
does 'smashed' mean your really really drunk
or are you like the plate that got thrown against the wall

No not drunk honey. I was going through a pretty bad time a few yrs back and my head felt like it was smashed to pieces. I have days when i can be really upbeat and knuckle down with things. Like decorating and wanting to get house done. And then others i can just sit and sob my heart out and do beggar all.
