My OH is 50 in October and here I am sitting here waiting to get a call to go and pick him up - I bet he clears off to town with the footy team and doesn't bother letting me know. I often think he didn't get past 15 in the mental maturity stakes!
I'm half tempted to text and say 'what is happening, I want to go to bed' but that will either mean a 'ok, come and get me now' text (and I don't fancy going out now, I'm knackered!) or he'll get huffy and say he'll walk :rolleyes: . He's too tight to get a taxi and would rather be a martyr and walk the 4 miles back!
The alternative is go to bed and be woken up at something stupid like 2.30 asking me to go and get him!
Damned if I text and damned if I don't!! :rotfl:
