Its my OH who will be going bankrupt. hes been in debt for a while now about a year and a half, and didnt tell anyone and tried to ignore it. im 20 and was living with him, i moved back into my dads.when we found out we were pregnant, so that he had a chance to decorate his flat and sell it, needless to say 5 months on he still hasnt done it and has got very depressed about it.

He really doesnt have a clue where to start with regards to bankruptcy. (nor do i) we literally had the CAB meeting last thursday where bankruptcy was suggested. OH is going to call National Debtline and CCCS Monday.

Im recieveing £82.33 a week Maternity pay untill November and have an £81 loan repayment once a month untill november 2009. i have posted a thread about our situation in bankruptcy section.

sorry rambling. but thats a bit about me lol

i know i have the odd occasion when i actually enjoy being pregnant, but its not something i will be doing again in a hurry!

thank you bubbles, the pure fact that people are so intrested in our progress, makes me want to do well. ive told OH its make or break time now, he has 6 weeks to prove himself and get his head out of the sand!

its a scary daunting process, he thinks he can just go to court and be declared BR, ive been explaining that theres alot of preperation before that happens!

This forum has already been a fantastic support base and i look forward to posting a positive outcome for us as a family.

going to try and get some sleep now, night night all. ill be sure to be here tomorow for some virtual drinks! (seeing as i cant have any real ones!)
