oh i was so addicted to salt and vinegar crisps! anything really vinegary! pickled onions, and brown sauce! but my god does that set the heartburn off! not good! ive already gone through two little bottles of gaviscon! so i bought a big bottle. im trying my best to avoid the acidic things now!
