Had a brace on my top teeth when I was about 15, purely for cosmetic reasons, and also was somewhat bullied into it by dentist, had a baby tooth taken out to fit the brace and I fainted in the reception when dad was paying haha!

But now I've not been for 2 years as everytime I do I'm more scared of having something done. And we've got a new practice as the other guy retired and i's all shiney and new and techy, and plus the guy has a really thick accent and I can't work out what he's saying half the time. Unfair I know, he's prolly lovely, but nevertheless, scares the crap out of me! Must go when I go back to England.

its not that I have to wait, its more the absolute fear that stops me going, I have brought all this on myself!!:o I had to wait a while for an appointment mind you my guy is very popular

Hello nightowls, how are you all tonight?

Gorgeous grandsons school trip was a lovely day out and we all had a fab time, even though it was soooooooooooooo hot:o

Saw lots of different animals, dd2 I couldnt find any tarantulas!!!!(Thank god)

Did get accosted by one of these tho:eek:




It grabbed my trouser leg and wouldnt let go, which dgs and dd thought hysterical!!!!

Yes it was scary especially when it was hanging on my trouser leg and wouldnt let go!!! And then when it did let go, kept following us!!!:(

Hello you lot.. just wanted to say thanks for last night - I eventually went to sleep after listening to the radio for about an hour. Tried that thing about visualising your worries as boxes on shelves, worked quite well actually, just pinning down what was bothering me.
